1. On job/
Post Training (Individualized training): Daily
Conducted by Post Manager/ team leader of each shift and covers
the essential duties and day happenings and any special
instructions.
2. Collective training: Once in a fortnight
(i) Conducted by Operations Manager & Training Officer and coves
a) Post Management
b) Job Responsibilities
c) Code of conduct & Behavior
d) Visitor, Vendor & Key Control
e) Fire drills
f) Emergency Procedures
• Evacuation Bomb Threats
• Hoax Calls
• First Aid
• Hardware familiarization
g) Material Movement
h) Control & frisking of contractual staff
3. Fire Evacuation/ Fire Fighting: Conducted once a month
• Lecture & demonstration by Branch Head & Training Officer
• Training report submitted with every training
4. Mock Drills:
Conducted at random to check and audit procedures and processes
e.g.
• Trying to enter premises with different/ duplicate ID cards
• Material movement without proper papers
• Testing response for Emergency procedures
5. Audit
• Once in a month by Branch Head/ Audit Officer from Corporate
Office
• Based on MIS Reports generated, Personal Interaction & Check
by senior staff
• Security Mechanism Reviews
• We use the DMAIC model for reducing defects and Fishbone
Method for establishing the Root Cause. |
